In the Cedar Rapids area and prefer in person training? With in person training, you get the benefit of direct hands-on coaching offering immediate feedback and individualized instruction. Training is personalized, and tailored toward your personal goals. If you struggle holding yourself accountable or finding the motivation to train, in person is a great option! I'm there right alongside you, pushing you every strep of the way!

1 on 1 (30 min.): $35/Session

1 on 1 (60 min.): $60/Session

Small Group (60 min.): $30/Person (2-6 people)

The full service of 1 on 1 personal training at your fingertips! With 1 on 1 online coaching, you'll receive a personalized workout program custom to your goals with daily communication. Need immediate feedback on your form, technique, or any other pressing questions? With this option, I'm just a click away. On top of the daily communication, you'll also get weekly check-ins with me to discuss how things are going, and how we're going to crush it day by day!

Online Program Design

With the program design option, you get the benefit of a knowledge based workout program with the freedom to train whenever and wherever you choose! If you're somebody who needs help structuring and creating a workout plan, but doesn't need daily coaching or communication, this is for you. This option is a great choice for anybody, from beginners to advanced individuals. Programs are self guided, personalized, and updated monthly. Weekly check-ins are also an optional service included with this option!
